Returns Policy

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Soft Solutions International however, in the event that you have to return goods to us please follow the directions below:

Goods Faulty on Arrival:
If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 28 days to inform us of the fault (please note that for business customers, this is 14 days). When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified, we will issue a full refund to you via your original payment method where the manufacturer does not provide replacement goods.

Goods Damaged in Transit:
If your goods were damaged in transit, you must report it to us within 7 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, its best to sign the dispatch note accordingly.  Once the damaged goods have been received by us, we will issue a full refund to you via your original payment method. 

Goods Faulty in Warranty Period:
If your goods develop a fault but it’s more than 28 days since receipt, then provided your product is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair.  In some cases, manufacturers provide a special full on-site service and or telephone help facility s for your convenience, which of course, we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly. 

You no longer want the goods (Non business customers only):
If you have changed your mind about your order for whatever reason and you need to return your goods, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you can do so provided you inform us of this decision within 7 working days from receipt of the goods.  The goods must not be opened nor used and must be in ‘as new’ condition when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us of your decision to return goods under Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have 28 days to do so at your own expense.  Once goods are received at Soft Solutions International, we’ll issue a full refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method. Please note that opened software cannot be returned, nor can personalised products.

Please call 08708 959003 and ask for SSI Shop Returns. Explain your reason for return and obtain a returns number. Mark this number clearly on the outside of the parcel and send the goods (complete and unopened) to:

We advise returning your goods by an appropriate method given its size and value. If the goods value is more than £30.00 then we recommend that you send using an insured and signed for method.

NOTE: Goods returned without a returns number are subject to delay or possible loss.
