Shipping Details

An indication of the delivery costs can be found on the details page for each product. An estimated delivery cost for the UK mainland is available when viewing the basket. To get an accurate cost we require you to sign in to our site which will provide information about where you live – we can then tell you how much it will cost to deliver the items to you.

UK

For all orders processed before 14:30 GMT/BST* the following options are available:

  • Standard Delivery ** - From £5.50
  • Premium Delivery ** - From £12.00

For some products we also offer the following:

  • Economy Delivery – Variable Rate

** Carriage to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Isles of Scilly are surcharged by £15.00 plus VAT which will be deducted from you card in addition to the order total quoted in the basket. By proceeding you will be agreeing to this charge.

** Deliveries must be signed for and cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

Non UK

We cannot process orders from regions that are non UK (or do not have a UK postcode).

* If you order after 14:30 and need delivery the next working day, please call to check when goods will be dispatched.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please ensure that you complete your delivery address accurately giving the full name/number of the building, the street/road and the correct UK postcode. We also ask for your telephone number and email address to enable us or our carrier to contact you if there is a query over delivery. If you fail to give the correct information then SSI Shop cannot guarantee delivery by the chosen date/time and may charge additional fees for repeat deliveries.

Next Day and Next Day AM are not guaranteed by SSI Shop as many factors affect this but our best efforts are used to ensure that your order arrives on time. If your order was not in stock at the time the order is processed by us then the order will still be shipped to arrive the next day following receipt of goods by us.
